WDNA believe that helping one coach upskill and develop their confidence will ultimately be transferred back to the seven or more players that they coach.  Hopefully the skills learnt will be shared with other coaches within the club and then more coaches are upskilled. WDNA have been fortunate to acquire the services of Sue Gaudion and Lyn Pemberton for the past couple of seasons and the amount of growth and development of players and coaches alike has been more than evident in results achieved. By assisting our coaches, we will be able to improve the quality of the Association Representative Teams.  We believe that by choosing a squad of players early, working with them for a reasonable length of time and securing the services of quality coaches we can provide learning opportunities for both coaches and athletes.  TACT is going into its 8th year and to date we are very happy with both the coach and player development.
